Couple of questions.

1. Do you guys price match with other online vendors? Ive been eyeing the FRPP K springs but found them cheaper on another site.

2. I ordered a custom tune back in April and still haven't received it. The order number is 878029. I should be entitled to the free tunes for life since i ordered my intake and tuner from you guys in January of 09 (Order number 592617) unless I am mistaken.

Just looking for some info

Depends some sites take the longest to ship even though it's cheaper

Give our sales reps a call and they should be able to match pricing if it is publicly advertised by another vendor. Keep in mind, we ship for free and we also ship same day.

If you ordered a tune back in April, you would have received it within 1-2 business days. We're filling orders from Friday, today. It's probably a safe bet that the order didn't go through for some reason. Did you fill out the Bama tune submission form where it took all of your information? Give Bama a call directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you a new tune file out within 10-15 minutes. If you ever place an order with us, call if you don't receive it in 4 days, let alone 6 months! Make sure the email we have on file is also the email you'd receive the tunes at, as well.

Could have been a system error, too. We switched over our information form in April, so it could have been the day we switched.

Not by a long shot, I think it's that there are so many contrary people on the board. I'm going to have to start offering a six pack to any mod that wants to keep an eye on things when I have to take any time off.

actually no, it was because i ordered a shorty antenna and the tune at the same time. the antenna got approved which approved the order, so apparently the tune guys never saw it. no worries!

I'm sorry about that, our computer system can make things more complicated than they need to be sometimes. If you've ever got a question about a tune, you can call the Bama guys at 888-226-9764 M-F 9-5:30 EST and they'll be happy to work with you. Of course, you can also pm me and I can harass them for you.

like i said, no worries. that was right around State standardized testing time and i got super busy and forgot (I work for the public schools here). I figured it had to be some goofy issue so i wasnt upset at all
