Thanks for agreeing, I am not here to argue with you guys, it just pissed me off. I am a purchasing agent for a multimillion dollar company. If we treated our customers this way we would not have the success that we do. The good side of it, is they really set my car off from all the other cars running around town. Supercharger is next along with a suspension kit. You guys have a good evening.

Guys that's great that you've had good experiences but obviously the OP didn't. So just because you had a great experience this thread really isn't for that. If you want to create a new thread about the service you received I suggest you do so. I'm not trying to bust anyone's balls. I don't want this to turn into a pissing match with the OP being called a liar and such.

Now I do feel that the OP should of went about this a different way and voiced his opinion to American Muscle first before coming here. If he did than I wish he would of told us. OP send a Private Message to AmChrisRose and see if he can do something for you. Maybe you'll be surprised and they will help you out. Obviously shipping back a set of wheels is the last thing you want to do because you'll end up getting boned on the cost.

yah, i've never seen the point when someone posts a complaint and 73 other people post "i've never had a problem". Obviously any company that has been in business for any reasonable length of time is not screwing up every order, I appreciate trying to put a positive spin on a situation but one person's normal/ok/good experience in no way helps another person's bad one.

I will agree with that. The tuner that worked on my car and kept it for three months, eventually ripping me off and doing a lousy job, has also a great rep for being a great tuner and has some satisfied customers (maybe). But the point is, just because he did that to me doesn't mean he'll do it to everyone else, or eventually I didn't get the treatment others satisfied received.

Last time I checked AM was still operated by humans, so mistakes will happen.

I'm really sorry that you have ran into an issue with us. We strive in making sure that our Wheels/Tires get to their destination without damage. We ship out literally hundreds of Wheel/Tire packages each month, so if this was a common occurrence, I'm sure you'd hear about it more often on forums like this. I've seen the boxes that we ship with, and have watched them package our wheel/tire packages - They're secure, but I hope you understand that sometimes the way UPS treats packages is out of our hands.

Regardless, you need a new Wheel/Tire and we have no problem helping you out. Shoot me over a PM with your order number and I'll make sure it gets taken care of right away.

Things happen, and I'm sorry that it happened to you. I wish we could be perfect, but I can tell you that with hundreds of wheel/tire combinations going out each month, I very rarely hear a complaint. I've actually heard from people that know how hard Nitto tires are to balance, that they were dead-on. We get calls from people who mount/balance tires at work and they're happy with our quality.

I promise you it's out of the ordinary to get this kind of feedback, but I'll make sure that everyone is aware internally, and that you get your product that you paid for!

I love you guys at AM... Keep up the good work. Great products/customer service. It was probably an accident. Thanks for taking care of the customer. I hope everything gets worked out. I'm sorry the OP had to go through difficulties.
