The Bama custom tune page still doesn't work for me

I sent AMChrisRose two private messages about this issue a month ago with no reply. When I put in my order number, on the AmericanMuscle.com - Bama Customization Form page, I get a "Use a valid order number" error under the text box. I work nights and on my day off I was eventually able to call (the phone number on that page was wrong) after shooting an email to Bama where I got the correct phone number to call.

I gave the dude Dann my order number that I tried to type in, he was able to find my account easily and he was able to setup my tunes for my SCT purchase.

So, will this issue ever be fixed or will I have to be forced to stay up late and wait for you all to open to make a call when I need a new tune?

As of right now, I still can not get the page to work for me. Oh, and using the member # on that black metal credit card plate they gave me doesn't work either.

Sorry about that. I checked through my inbox and didn't find any messages from you? Easy fix, though!

Let's try PM's again. Can you PM me the order number that you're trying to enter? Our system validates order numbers as you enter it. Did you place a free tunes for life order or are you trying to use an old order number for a free tunes for life update?

Either way, shoot me over your order number that you're trying to use and your first/last name and I'll find out why it's not working? We're getting hundreds of orders a week, so the form isn't currently broken from what I can see.

Let me know!

That order number represents the first order you placed back in May for the programmer and intake. That order appears to be a done deal, as those tunes are written and sent on the programmer that you ordered.

You're trying to enter an order number that is already entered in the system, that's why the error is happening.

When you want to place an order for new tunes or an update, you must head to AmericanMuscle.com and add the Free Tunes to Life order to your cart and check out (it's a $0.00 charge). This will give you a new order number that you can use to fill out the tune info you want.

Hope this helps!

Chris

Oh, ok. I figured that you just pop that # back into the form. That order number never worked for me back in May anyway.

I placed an order for more free tunes, we'll see what happens with the new number. Hopefully it was just a one time glitch.

Thanks for all the help!

Success! It worked this time around. Guess it was just an initial order hiccup.

Thanks for all your help!
