Alright ive been ordering from AM well.. Since ive owned my GT, a few years ago i bought some Hyper coated saleen rims and just last week i found that one of them was cracked on the inside and was leaking.. i was so Mad at myself and the car and said screw it ill just buy another rim... I called up AM and talked to Jordan B after telling him my problem and getting ready to order the new rim he said.. "hold on one sec man" after a few min's he came back and told me i could file a warranty claim and try to get the rim replaced seeing how it had a lifetime structure warranty.. i lit up like a freaking x-mas tree that just saved me 150$$$$ and totally put me in a better mood. so after a bit of back and fourth with him, i get a phone call from Alex saying my rim is on its way where do i want it sent!!!! Thank you both so much for the help on this you will have my continued business plus i will continue to tell everyone i know that has a mustang about you. A+, you easily could have just taken my $150 but your customer service reps went above and beyond for me and i thank you.

Yea man i was having a crappy week (i was getting ready for Michigan's Back to the Bricks in Flint and WoodWard in Detroit here's how the weekend went)

Just got my car painted $1200
ordered new fogs from AM (of course) $89.99
Sequential tail lights from AM $99.99
8' ant from AM $20.00
HID's DDM Tuning (you dont sell the kits ) $50.00

Installed it all.. somehow one of the Sequential things was not working right but Web Electric products took care of the warranty and are sending me a new one)

Noticed my tire was going flat after only a few hours of air.. took the rim off seen the crack..Looked at my breaks Rotors were warped and pads were gone... UGH Needless to say i was not making it to any of the car shows this year... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO disappointing spent all that money and ahhhhhhh...then when they helped me out it turned my whole week around so trust me when i say customer for life.. (unless you don't carry something im looking for haha) Ive already sent 3 people from my area your way and will continue to do so. Thanks again So much looking forward to ordering my gears and SCT tuner(with bama tunes for life) from you soon hopefully ill have no more unexpected costs so i can get it soon.
