Chris, no worries. I'm sure this is more frustrating for you than it is me. Kronic, its only been two weeks. I was super busy and couldn't contact them until the 20th.

You must be a Zen master, Stephen! Two weeks or two months, you definitely should've had something by now or at least tracking information to let you know where your replacement was. I'll get this straightened out for you first thing next week! Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!

Well the Guy I called from AM said it usually takes 5 to 10 days for Steeda to respond so I wasn't too worried. It'd be different if the intake was completely useless lol.

Sorry for the delay in updating this, Stephen.

We called Steeda on Monday and Gus was nice enough to help us overnight the inlet tube for you that day. Tracking states you received it yesterday. I apologize for the delay in getting you a replace on behalf of both Steeda and ourselves. We should've been able to handle your issue more quickly, but it definitely took longer than we had anticipated. I've discussed this issue with our Customer Service Team Leads and hope to take care of these types of situations more efficiently in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We greatly appreciate it.
