Just hasnt been a great few months for me apparently

Car was running shitty on the drive in this morning so I popped the hood and find my Intake elbow cracked. I dont know it you guys can do anything, since the order was placed on January 19, 2009 (Order#: 592617). If not, its understandable, as I can just get a new one from steeda, but since my windsheild also cracked on the way in, I might be a bit strapped for cash.



Ive never had the intake more than hand tight. I think the sudden cold weather we've had has fucked with it.

I'm terribly sorry to hear of your troubles.

Have you contacted Steeda regarding the intake, yet?

Their warranty would be the one to cover it at this point, with how old it is.


Call them at 954-960-0774 and see what they have to say.

So I finally got a chance to talk to Steeda and they said while the parts have a lifetime warranty, I have to go through you guys for an original purchase number os something. Called you guys and he said you'll contact Steeda in my behalf, which is I guess what they want.

Just hope I can get it replaced before my 4 hour trip on the 29th. I have to tighten it back in daily it seems

I spoke to the rep handling your issue with Steeda and he hasn't heard back from them since December 21st. He is emailing them now. As soon as I hear back from him I will update you. I looked into it further and in our last correspondence Steeda informed us that is shipped, but did not provide us with tracking information or a date as to when you'd receive it. You should've had it by now, so something is definitely wrong.

I will call them tomorrow if I don't have an email waiting in my inbox when I walk in the door. If nothing has been sent out, I will send you a replacement from our own stock.

I'm terribly sorry for the delay. I will get this straightened out for you one way or another. Thanks for your patience and understanding. We truly appreciate it!

Stephen, Tracking was not available for the first package but I was told that they would have another one sent out today (sounds like nothing was sent out originally). I requested tracking for this package and have not heard back. I'm going to call them personally on Monday if I don't have a tracking number in my email for this second package and either get a tracking number or send you one from our own supply. This is taking far too long. We're extremely appreciative of your patience and understanding!
