Okay, I was told to reccomend the trick flow track heat to the parts team this summer, so i did a couple times, i got a hold of chris rose and told him as well back in july and was told the product was actually on its way to the shelves. It's been three months now and it's still not on the shelf. I'm not upset about it, so sorry if it comes off that way. I would just like to know where its at?

Unfortunately, these kind of things take time. Our Parts Team has to research the product and see if it is something that will beneficial to us to buy and sell from our inventory. If we buy it and they don't sell, then we are stuck. Furthermore, web-pages need to be made, part numbers need to be created and its place in the warehouse has to be determined. These things take time and sometimes a product will be ready in every way but there is no product page for it.

I will add it to my list again, so that our Parts Team knows that there is demand for it, however, it's not always guaranteed we will carry something if my Parts Team can't get a good price on it from the manufacturer. This is one of the reasons we don't yet carry any BMR chassis/driveshaft components. They are good and we want them, however, if we can't get the pricing we want/we feel we should get, then we can't justify carrying it.

Like I said, I will add it again and hopefully they will get the hint.
