first order, happy, but disapointed

I just got my 1st order through you Via internet order and i love the products, its just my pulley kit looks, hate to say it, used. I ordered a short 8 inch antenna, and love it looks awesome. but then i pulled my pulley set out and the water pump and alternator both look new, but my crank pulley is scratched and chipped and looks like it might have been installed already. i don't want to return or anything like that i just want to no do u sell returns to the public without inspecting them before resell? I have pictures if you'd like for me to post them.

damn... that sux bro... I would hope that they dont sell used stuff by surprise. ha. Thats strange. I was looking at getting some rims from them but hell i dont wany 3 to look good and then one have brake dust and curb rash.

that wont happen.

and you might be right, it might of gotten returned and no one paid attention or it may of gotten looked over

american muscle sells rims on ebay dirt cheap if you dont mind minor blemishes, i've came across some before.. they are the ones that don't pass their quality control for american muscle shipments

This is true, we also try our best to not ship anything we would not consider 100% new. As a rule, any returns are carefully inspected and would not be returned to the shelf unless they were 100% sealed new in box. Anything that is open/damage/used goes on eBay.

As far as that pulley goes, more then likely it came from the manufacturer like that for it to be shipped out like that. Sometimes during manufacturing processes, damage like that can occur, and we would gladly RMA and replace anything that arrived to you in such condition.

AM is really the shit. They are the first place I look for parts! And with 50k + in my stang I will always go there first.
