Sony 1200W Amp and 12'' 1300W sub

as said in title this is a Sony Explode 1200W dual channel amp with a Sony Explode 1300W 12" sub in a sealed box only had it 6 months sellin the truck that this was in and don't want to put it in the stang. also have Sony 300W 6x9 speakers

Amp - 130$$
Sub in box - 150$$
speakers - 60$$

All 3 - 250$$ plus shipping or you can meet me somewhere to do the exchange.
