so if i were to buy a new one can i use it on my 96 gt and my05 f150, and can ii bring my truck to stock annd tune another car?

no it only has one bullet remaing, you can purchase additional bullets, but i think they are like 50 bucks, and as for bringing it back to stock to tune another, i dont know.
