^^^When you buy an O/R midpipe you are taking away the catalytic Converters. So this is illegal and once you install the midpipe you car will throw a Code and your Check Engine Light will come on. And in return you will loose power because your car will switch into some other mode; I dont know the technical part of it though. But the MIlls will prevent the Car from throwing a Code and no Check engine light will come on.

These sensors pick up the levels of gasses coming through the exhaust (oxygen I assume, ha) and make sure the cats are doing their job. When you put on catless midpipes, the you're obviously not filtering out the bad stuff, and they send a signal to you car, turning on the 'check engine light' or 'malfunction indicator light' (MIL). These block that signal, so no MIL.

the mil eliminators serve one purpose.. and that is as a malfunction indicator lamp eliminator for codes thrown by your car's computer when switching to an offroad midpipe

**let's leave this thread for the guy trying to sell his stuff.. any more questions, make a tech thread

Still can't kill it

I tried making my own MILs following a guide I found online... I still can't seem to get the light to stay off. Do you guys know a good vendor to purchase these from? I'd rather not buy from BBK, because the extensions I got from them years ago weren't good.

don't know where you can get them.. sorry man.. another option would be a handheld tuner or a custom tune on a chip.. whoever tunes your car can easily disable the rear O2 sensors

oh.. and welcome

a guy used to sell them on ebay, try searching for MIL eliminators or offroad O2 sensors, he used weird titles because I don't think you can sell that kind of stuff on ebay.
