BNIB T1 Rockford 12'' Subwoofer

As stated, its just been sitting in my room. Still has all papers, stickers, screws and all. It can be either a 2 or 4 ohm sub. I paid close to 350ish for it a few months ago, but will take 140 just to get it gone.

Its never been hooked up. i mean its still brand new in the box, i ended up putting a memphis 10'' sub in my car. I have a local audio shop that can vouch for it, it still is in the bag.
