pioneer avic d3
hey guys. i've been looking all day for the best price on this headunit....and can't find i price that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. was hoping some of you may know a little more about the electronics world and are able to help me find a nice price shipped. I've seen a couple threads on here where folks got it for less than 600 shipped. also, is it discontinued or something cuz several places no longer carry it? and one last thing....any other recommended double din head units with navigation that are good and in the 5-600 range? thanks alot everyone.

Good head unit if you can find one, i love mine. have you checked caraudio.com forums or onlinecarstereo.com.

any of the avic units are gonna be nice. i remember when the AVIC N-1 came out. i sold/installed more of those things than any other indash dvd that we carried. it was also about 2k bucks. but well worth it for what it did. love the integrated GPS too. you'll like the d3.

Here's a good comparison list...Most of the places have Refurbed units. "HookedOnTronics" is a great store. I buy many, many audio equip. from them.
