Head unit dimensions
Good Afternoon!
I'm curious if anyone would have the dimensions for the 1.5din cavity in our 99-04 mustangs. I don't have a digital measuring device, and I need some accurate measurements for a custom carPC case I will be ordering. I'm hoping someone may have the measurements with or without photos. I would even search amongst some websites if anyone has a suggestion. I do appreciate it!!

are you trying to put the PC in the spot the headunit was? ok. I dont think it is eally deep enough, but then It has been about 3 years since I pulled my CarPC outta my VR4.

Old thread, but I mine as well reply. lol.
Yes, the carPC will go where the stock headunit is. MiniITX motherboards are 6.7"x6.7". The stock headunit/face is 7.25" deep and just wide enough. Ill be ordering a custom made case very soon, and I'm sure I'll post up some pictures.
