A couple of audio questions

Well I am dumb when it comes to car audio. I have no problem hooking it up but I don't know what works well with what. I am thinking about putting a double din navigation unit in my car but I have a few questions first.

How well does an aftermarket headunit work with the Mach 460?
What weird things will be needed to install it correctly? (bass blockers, etc.)
What accessories would yall recommend to go with a nav unit?
I am thinking about going with this Kenwood DNX6140 CD Players,MP3 CD Players,DVD Players,In-dash Video,Car Navigation Systems unless yall recommend otherwise. I know I want XM.
How do the stock amps react to changing the speakers? I would like to clean up the sound but I don't want to go crazy either.

Kenwood DNX6140 Navigation receiver at Crutchfield.com

thats the 6140 its just expensive on crutchfield but you can find out all of the information you would prolly want there

if your going to be replacing the stock speakers along with the deck then I would go ahead and just bypass the 460. you can get good sound out of coax speakers but if you want even better sound then go with some components up front with 2 ways in the rear.
