house power outlet in car
any one have pics of some custom install on this?? just like a custom place or something to put it from a power converter??

ive only seen that done in trucks that need to power tools
why do you need a power inverter? |

for like my laptop or ipod.. or anything really. its just one of those things thats like.. oh yeah i can do that cause i have that in my car.. lol.

gotcha that makes sense. i was thinking you were gonna run a tv or something. haha ive done that on a road trip before.
but what about mounting it under the back seat, make a cutout so you can turn it on and off and have the plug facing the front of the car. |

yeah i had one like that before. it was just more of a pain in the ass to use it under the seat. was wondering if any one has done it custom and re wired the socket to the dash somewhere....
and havent we all done road trips like that.. haha luckly most cars have screens now build in .. lol

i've seen em done before like in front of the shifter, u have to take the inverter out of its casing tho

Take inverter out of the casing and mount it in the open area thats in the center console (slide out the cubby and you'll see theres lots of space down there)
Then route the outlet to wherever you want and mount it |
