6x8 alll the way around unless you got a vert. The harnesses at best buy are $8 you will just need two packages cause there are 2 to a pack.

are you going to be doing the installation yourself? are you replacing all 4 speakers? if you are doing the install it really isnt all that hard to do. when you take your door speakers out you will see a gray plug now if you look directly up towards your tweater you will see that same plug connected to the tweeter. That is the plug that you want to use but you will not be able to use your tweeters anymore. The reason being is that the doors on the mach are mids, and the tweeters put out full range sound. if you were to hook up your speakers to the 6x8 plug it will sound muffled. As far as the rear deck is concerned you cant place the new 6x8's in the amp rack for the mach so you will have to drop it. There are 6 bolts on top to the left and right and then the whole rack will drop just unplug it and your good to go just put the new speakers in and then thats it. I recommend either 3 or 4 ways up front and then 2 ways in the back. Good luck

Running Pioneer TS-6870R's all around. 3 way 6x8's @ 220 watts max.

I cut the factory plugs off and used butt splices / barrel connectors (whatever you call them) to hook up the Pioneers.
