Help Me Choose A Sub Also!

This is for my Lightning BTW ...

I'm getting a new subwoofer, this crappy 1 I have blows so I will upgrade. Thought about going with the thunderform but dont want to spend that right now, i want to go the shallow route, but I could reuse my box in the truck now, just for 1 10. The amp I'll be using is a rockford fosgate 401s amp, 2 channel. But here are my options....

-Using current box with 1 Memphis 500watt sub
-Kicker shallow mount 10 4ohm
-Kicker shallow mount 10 2ohm
-Kicker shallow mount 12 4ohm
-Kicker shallow mount 12 2ohm

Any help would be great, I dont know if I'll go with 2 subs or not. This is 1 of the ones I'm looking at.

Power rating wise I'd say the Kicker 4 ohm speakers, either one 10 or one 12 would match up to you Fosgate amp. Friend of mine had a Kicker 12 shallow mount box that sounded good.
