New Stereo/Deck...What size, DIN or Double DIN?

I want to purchase a touch screen nav deck. I have a 2006 Ford Mustang Convertible (V6), what size deck can I fix without doing any cutting of any sorts? I think its a Double DIN, but just guessing.

And anyone reccomend any? I saw a few nice ones on Amazon.com for about 500-600 bucks. Then I'll have Best Buy install it for 50 bucks.

Double Din is correct.

I personally love Pioneer units, and I would never buy another other head unit.

you can fit a double din as well as a single din. both require dash kits where the single din will have a pockets and the double din will just fill in the gaps left over from the double din radio. Im a loyal Pioneer used but kenwood and alpine are top notch as well with their units.

I'm sorry but I know nothing about this stuff. What's a head unit?
