Chips and tuners
Chips and tuners confuse me. So should I get both or just the tuner? I mean do you need both or can the tuner do everything a chip can?

a chip is just how you get it. a tuner you can change shit whenever you want.

you only need one, and the tuner is more versitile, and user friendly. You have more options with the tuner.
