Electrical Issue

I am having a slight electronic issue with my 1999 mustang gt. My side view mirror's will no longer tilt in or out using the little button switch on the driver side. Also my rear window will no longer defrost, even though the switch lights up when i press rear defrost. I'm hoping this is a small fix, maybe a blown fuse somewhere. I tried referring to the owners manual about the fuses, but I can't figure out which fuses I should be looking for.

could be your switch, and also the you could have broken lines in your grid for your defrost. Best way to check for your grid is to take a Multimeter or test light and on one side is negative and the other side is positive, hold your neg lead on the neg terminal plug and then work your way from the pos. side to the negative and what will happen is that for a good grid it will read around 12 volts and when you get to a break in the line it will drop to 0. I had to do this on my 5.0 and bought the repair kit from summit for $10. Hope this helps.

It may be the grid, I'll try to check that before next weekend. As far as the switch, I'm not sure what might have happened to it. The windows were working fine one day, then not working the next. It's either a fuse or a wire, but I'm pretty sure I haven't pulled out any wires from the switches. I might be wrong though, so I'll check that as well. Thanks for the reply.
