Diablo Tuner Question

Hey, I just recieved my tuner and while i was tuning my car for 91 octane I read that it is only to be used with a stock engine, I have a Power Flow Injen CAI and I'm wondering how or what I should do to get the most out of my tuner. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.

so wait your tuner has a tune for a stock engine? I'm confused what tuner did you get, and your CAI won't matter enough to mess with the stock tune.

I would tune it for 93 but it isnt available in my area, and the tuner is a Diablo Predator and it always alerts me that the flash tunes are for stock airboxes

No, I ordered it online and tuned it myslef. It was pretty straight forward and my engine doesnt seem to be running rough. I just want all of the potential power I can get out of the tuner. I just figure the A/F ratio is a bit rich.

maybe, tuning yourself with a tuner and no software can get you some freaky results it is better IMO to have someone who tunes put a generic tune for you that you can tweak but if you mess something up you can always put the working one back on.

Yea, the site I got it from (rpmoutlet.com) offers custom tunes for modded engines I just need to become more familiar with importing/exporting tunes and whatever software they give me.

Sniper software goes to a different tuner. I think they screwed up. Read the section on downloading your stock tune into the tuner and sending it to a professional tuner. That is what you're going to need to do.

Sniper is completely different than SCT. They are not related.
