white faced gauges

I bought some white faced gauges and have everything installed. I am having trouble trying to find where to run the power wire. I want to run it to the headlight wire so they will turn on with the lights. Does anyone know what color the wire is to look for?

the positive wire(red) for your gauge kit will need to be attached to the thick grey wire which is in the middle of your headlight cluster.....if you unbolt your headlight bar and detach the wire cluster you can push out the grey wire and wrap your positive around the ring terminal...i also secured it with some electrical tape to make sure it wouldn't come loose...then you can put the ring terminal back in and hook your headlight bar back up....the negative wire will need to be attached to a good ground...there is a big steel bar behind your cluster that will work nicely....here is a link to better instructions in case mine don't make sense
