Remote Starter Kits

Does anyone have one and/or what model/brand would you recommend?

I found a few here: http://www.car-stuff.com/performance...1&skipped=true

but if anyone has experience with them would love to hear about it.

VIPER, only cause the fact that if you buy it and get it installed from an authorized distributor then you are backed with a lifetime warranty on it.

go with a viper, they are expensive but they come with the lifetime warranty. plus if the alarm fucks anything up and you can prove it (not hard to do) like mine. they will pay for all repairs and give you a whole new one. I know cause it happened to me (before anyone says that i dont know what im talking about) MAKE SURE ITS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER!! or no warranty

You can almost always do a remote start in a manual. You just have to bypass the clutch sensor, which usually just means unplugging the harness at the clutch. But the problem is that as far as I know it's kinda illegal to do that and most reputable install shops won't do it. I know Best Buy won't, I am an installer there.
