OFF TOPIC--need help tho!

ok a friend is selling a JL 12w6AE. its kinda old...he bought it in 2003 but i never heard him turn it up at school so he dindt beat it to shit. He wants $65 for it. Is this a good deal or not. OOH yeah and i blew one of my subs soo i need a replacement for now...cuuz its weird only having one!

its a few years old..but still only 65 bucks for it! im getting either Alpine R's or Diamond audio D6's and i figured i'd run them off of my Audiobahn amp...then get a single 12" box and put that JL in there and run my old Alpine amp. i blew the alpine and they told me they didnt know what was wrong wiht it, so i bought my friends Audiobahn. Then they sent me back the Alpine and they finally found out what was wrong with it. So now i have one just sitting in my room.

12w6 for $65 is pretty good. They are $200+ new.

Alpine Type R =

Probably the best sub for the money and will take serious abuse.
