blue lights in my gauge cluster
i want to replace the factory green lights in my gauge cluster to blue. to match my neons ect.. is there a simple bulb i can replace or do i need a whole new cluster?

Too bad u didnt have a newer one. The mycolor option lets you change the dash between 6 colors including blue.... thats the one I use.
Pick up a copy of MM&FF and look at the ads in there..... I'm sure someone has something like that listed. Or try eBay

ok you can buy gauge inserts...now i own a 04 but im more familiar with foxbodys and im still trying to learn 99-04 but i know there are gauge inserts you just replace the stock ones and it changes the color

i dont know if you can do it on mustangs, but ive seen people just replace the bulbs with LEDs from radio shack. youll have to crack the guage cluster and see for yourself or find somebody who did it before. sorry i couldn't help more, ive never had the need to i just use the mycolor

you can also buy a new gauge cluster from americanmuscle.com, those are blue and look cool. I would get some if I didn't already have a green theme going on. cus green is just a cool color.

Theres an article I remember that shows you how to do it on a Dodge Dakota. If I can find it, it would probaly help, and give you a general idea on how to do it to a mustang as well. I know you need the wide angle LEDs, but thats all I can remember. I'll find it, and I'll put a link up for you.
