Problem finding Stock amp in 06

I'm not very expeirenced in isntalling new head units but i know a little. I recently installed a jenson dvd player in my dash and everything works properly...exept..I have no bass! Theres no sound coming from the 2 subs under my regular speakers. Its a Shaker 500. Now, i cant find the amplifier, or maybe im just overlooking it.The guy at the car audio shop said that i must not have hooked up the amplifier that comes stock in 05+ stangs. I cant seem to find a blue/white wire that would go to it either. PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

Did you hook up the BLUE/WHITE wire? Havent worked on any of the newer models doing a H/U so I dont know. If you cant find anything just let me know and I could check for you once I get into work.

yeah i figured out the problem. When i went to the car audio shop they only gave me one harness. Then 2 subs are on a different smaller harness that connects the Blue/white wires to the radio
