Window Problem

Hey guys, I'm new here, just have a question about a recent window problem thats really gettin on my nerves!

I have a 1995 GT 5.0, and heres the problem:

Now, it doesn't happen every single time, but when I turn the car on, everything runs fine for a little, and suddenly, completly at its on will, the dirver side window rolls itself down. I can stop it from going down by holding the window button up, but this is usually on its midway down. To make it go up again, I either have to wait it out, or restart the car a few times. This happens on nice days and I guess I can live with it, but it was happening to me during the rain and snow. I was pretty much forced to tape my window button up...

My friend and I took the panel off, and we couldn't visually see anything wrong or wierd looking, so we just put it back, and it still happens ocasianlly, but it doesn't get stuck in 'down mode' as long.

Any idea how to stop this extremely irritating problem?

i had a problem like that cept on my focus my windows would go down sometimes it wouldnt come back up for like 30minutes - 6hours and vice versa wouldnt go down . so i said screw it and got a mustang lol
