temperature gauge issue
i recently bought a water temp gauge. Just a quick ? can I remove the stock sender. or will it throw bad codes and cause the car to run wrong? if that is the case i suppose i will have to get a t fitting and run both senders.
just looking for anyone with previous issues with this thanks in advance Gates |

i'm not absolutely certain but i think you can just tap into the water temp gauge already in place and get a reading off of that.

Your new temp gauge should have a new temp sensor/sending unit with it to replace your stock on with, or at least a way to tap into the wires coming from your stock sending unit.
