2003 stock mach 460 amp power wire size

Hey guys,

I plan on removing the rear speakers, amps and soundboard. I would like to replace the 2 door speakers and power them with a single 2 channel amp, while leaving the stock door tweeters powerd by the stock mach 460 head unit. I was wondering what guage wires power the stock amps in the trunk and if someone could give me a description for each wire going into the amps. ie. signal inputs, speaker outputs, remote turn on(not sure if thats how these amps operate), etc. a picture of the connectors with wire descriptions would be adequate.

I plan on redoing the whole system in a couple of years:
DVD display(not sure brand)
Morel tweeters and Mids
TC 2000 sub
adequate amps
sound dampen entire car.

but for now, i have a spare 2 channel amp and 2 spare 3 ways lying around that i would like to install without too much trouble. ie. running another power wire from the trunk to the battery. If the stock amps have decent gauge power wires, i would use them in parallel to my 2 channel amp.

dude dude. thats all wrong. http://www.flemworld.com/Mach460/Mach.html
the 2 fronts "subs" are powered by one of the rear amps. the 2 rear "subs are powered by the other rear amp. then the tweaters are all powered by the amp under the hu. and the wiring is impossible to decifer. i have been trying for almmost a year now. i have a request in to ford for a new wiring diagram, there charging me 150 for it.

hey thanks for your response.

maybe i didn't word it right but that's what i was saying. I'm removing the rear speakers completely and swapping out the door speakers. Both rear amps that power the 4 "woofers" will be replaced by a single 2 channel amp to power the door speakers.
The rear tweeters will also be removed, but the front door tweeters will remain powered by the front amp.

I'm just wondering what gauage wire powers the 2 stock rear amps, so i can decide if it would be enough to use both those power wires in parellel to power my 2 channel amp. The amp is flexible with both rca and line level inputs, so i can use the signal that comes out of the stock 460 headunit. I just don't want to have to run a power wire through the car just yet. I'll do that when i gut the car to do sound dampening.

btw love the sig.
