i went and pulled the first fuse under the dash and it worked, just for shits and giggles to see if it would work but then, when i started the car 20 secnds later the mileage turned back on must be some kind of back up power ehhh?

maybe you should pull it out.

so i kept that fuse out and pulled all the other ones one at a time and it never went back off even ones under the hood, just for the fun of it.. must be direct after fuse is out?

i forfot about my vss, anyways i was going down the road and sombody at a stop light told me it sounded like my vss is broken, what does that stand for and where is it located again?

on my 02 3.8
when i start the car, then hold the little button sticking out from the instrument cluster for like 5 seconds, then turn my car off, WHILE STILL HOLDING THE BUTTON DOWN, then start the car back up, while still holding the button down, and after about another 5 seconds let go and the odometer says gage test, and a bunch of other shit you cant read. i no it is a option in the car, and it replaces the odometer with a digital tach. and a digital speedometer. and others i have no idea what this shit does.......any help??
