Oh geezus. AVOID those bullshyt E-Bay parts . Tell everyone you know,pass it along,post it on your MySpace or whatever.Do you really think your gonna pick up 15hp for $8 ?

Another thing ,his add says " I WILL REPLACE THIS FOR FREE BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING."

Lol @ "I".......This isnt even a company...Some dude in his moms basement is gonna give a lifetime warranty on a $8 dollar part,and you gotta pay shipping. Shipping costs more than the part. And good luck on calling him 10 years from now and sayin "my resistor died can you send me another?" ..lol

The resistor trick lowers the returning voltage from the MAF making the PCM calculate the incoming air density is lower. This cause your tune to add fuel and timing when in open loop (wot). So yes, it will trick your engine into giving you more power. But since the PCM relies on correct MAF data for other calculations other than wot, eventually you'll throw a code with something wrong.
