Don't cheap out like that. Keys aren't much at all. I have some in my car right now. If you were in the Tidewater region I would let ya use them. I don't see how hangers would work anyways. Too flimsy. It should just slide in there.

i got the head unit out fine with hangers. now my problem is the wire harness best buy gave me. they gave me 2. one has yellow, orange, red, blue. and the other one is dark purple, green black and sumpthin else. i dont know witch one to use. i think they gave me the wrong ones to. they connect to the car but then there are just a bunch of wires and to plug them into the new head unit i need to conect them by a plastic clip.

when i put my unit in my car, all i needed was the harness of my other car and left a few things unplugged, but didn't need them. Then i had a mounting peice that u slid in and the head unit should snap into place, at least mine did, let us know how it goes

i finally got it in there. it looks prety good. i dont need a plate to fit it in the gap from the old unit. it looks prety good i didnt know that there were the 2 harnesses on the right wall behind the unit. they were kinda tricky to find but i got it up and running.
I was wondering were to find some good speakers for cheap. best buy has ok ones for 50 bucks a speaker. i was wondering if it was a good idea to get them off ebay? |

pics! Wal-Mart should have some Xplode or Lightning Audio ones for cheap. Other than that, ebay is a very good place to look for nice, cheap speakers.

King, Wal-Mart has those Lightning Audio speakers for like $30 a set and they sound fairly good as long as you don't put an amp on them.I've had two sets in my work van for almost 2 years and had no problem and they don't soound bad at all. They only lack bottom end but thats OK in a work van!

ya see those 4 holes at th edge of your stereo diablo(2 on each side)?
Bend 2 "U" shaped pieces of coat hanger with about 6 inch long legs. Push those"U"s into those holes(push hard cause they gotta go in like 3 inches) and gently pry the stereo out with a flat head on each side at a time. It'll take a little effort and care not to crack the trim ring of the dash but i swear it will work cause i dun did it way too many times. Or you can find the proper tool at Wal-Mart(the only difference is they have notches at the end of the"U" so you can just push the tool into the holes and pull out) I soulda bought a set a long time ago but can do it just as fast with a hanger so. Good Luck though
