HID Dual Beam Headlight?

I posted this in a wrong section before and I don't think it will be moved any time soon... so here is what I am asking.

Hi, I was looking around and found my interest in head lights at the moment.
HID Dual Beam Headlight Conversion Kit for 2005+ Mustang (H13 Bulb)

Questions:
1- They worth it?
2- Are they easy to install myself?
3- Any thing else I need to know about them?

Hid's are a great improvement over stock.
That is also a good kit.
install isn't that hard honestly.

Anything major I should look out for while installing them? Like special tools or anything?

Nope its incredibly easy to install. honestly a deaf, half-paralyzed orangutan could pull off a hid install.
