i bought this kit : Ford Mustang GT Reverse Glow Gauges (99-04)

i ripped apart the dash like normal and i got the white gauge piece on the gauge pod part, but the kit comes with a power inverter, with a bunch of wires on it....

how did you guys hook up the wires, i know one of the 3 black hookups goes to the white face gauge... then where do the other 2 go? or are they not used. also how did you splice the red wire into the back of the headlight switch harness? it says hook it up to the gray wire in the center but theres only a big brown one in the center. no grays except for a tiny one on the lower right. keep in mind i have a 2000 GT.

plz help and if you have any pics from your install then that would be awsome!

Did you read that at all? I thought I read some of the wires' positions.

yup, i read it all and followed every step, its just that the wire it tells me to hook the red wire up to on mine is brown ish. not gray. it also doesnt say where to hook the other black hookups to. besides using common sense to plug it into the white face gauges. so do the other two black hookups go anywhere?

the other black hookups are just extras,an ur headlight switch shouls have the big grey wire on it

aight, i'll try hooking it up to the big one in the middle. to me it looks brown ish. but maybe i'm just color blind, lol. ill let you guys know how it turns out!
