i was wondering if i got these subs
http://cgi.ebay.com/2-AUDIOBAHN-12-S...QQcmdZViewItem
then what amplifier would i need. im looking for a legacy 1 but i dunno what wattage i need because i have people telling me i need a 4000 watt amp and others telling me to go with the 2400 because its cheaper and you will still get the recommended rms.. but i don't know how much rms those amps are pushing

I would go with a Hifonics Brutus Bxi2006d. You dont want to neccesarily equal the rms or go over it so i would go with slightly below its rated rms handling. Hifonics is about the absolute best bang for the buck with amplfiers. They only rate them in RMS continuous wattage not peak like most amps.
