Installing An Electronic Boost Controller

Has any one installed an electronic boost controller in their mustang? If so what brand and how hard is it?

Ive seen kits and their quite simple to do. Only kit ive really seen is from AEM and it was around $300. The electric solenoid itself goes between the compressor housing and the wastegate actuator.

why do you want to install one of these? you turbo your stang i take it?

Do you think that the Apexi S-AFC would work? Yeah I have a turbo setup in mind for it and wanted to get everything I need before I get it.

I believe the Apexi s-afc is a air fuel piggyback computer. i dont think its designed to control a boost solenoid. could be wrong but i dont believe it is.
