Replacing 1997 Mustang Flasher
I have a 1997 mustang V6 convertable.
My left turn signal blinks really fast and my right one is fine. I bought a new flasher but I can't see where the old flasher is. Here's a stupid Question... Where's the flasher?? |

Check the blinker fluid first.
haha, that's an old one I know but couldnt resist. Sounds like it may be a bad bulb and not the flasher. Have you checked all the turn signal bulbs? I had to change my flasher for the CDC sequential taillights I installed. For my 04, it is right under the driver side dash. Seems it was just above the accerlator and is a small yellow box. It may be different on your 97.

I found it.
I bought a flasher from an auto parts store. It was black and alot bigger than the one that's there and doesn't have the piece that clips onto the holder. I guess I have to go to a Ford dealer for it. Thanks |
