Run the power wire from the battery through driver side firewall and then down around kick panel. from there along the driver side door sill and then back around the rear seat into the trunk. if at all possible run the rca cables off the deck on the opposite side of the car to help with interference. ground the amp with no more then 3 feet of wire to a secure place within the trunk. You can mount the amp to the box or to the back of the seat. whichever you like or think will be easiest. Also make sure you wire the subs properly to get the most out of them based on your amplifier capabilities. this will be a big help if your unsure.

i knew about. it just didnt bother mentioning cause there wasnt anything particulary special concering how its ran to the amplifier since its simply a 12v turn on lead. probably better to mention anyway. might as well cover everything.

Yeah I just cover everything that way it cuts down on the chances of people messing up...

I have been doing installations for about 10 years now...For the past 4 it has been on the side...I have seen some people do some numbers on their stereo...

i dont recomend mounting the amp to the box. i had an 1800 watt amp that a mounted on a box with 2 12's. after about a week the bass shook all the screws outta the amp and everytime i tightened em back up they would simply get shaken loose and the bass would go bye bye. basically, its just easier to mount to the back of the seat in the long run.

Mounting your amp to the box is also bad because if someone decides to steal ur shizit they get the subs, box,AND amp all in 1 swipe!

+1

make a flush mount panel for it so all you see is the top surface and no wires. this will look much better and more professional.

i ran my power wire under the car and i took the plastic peice along the side skirt off, next i took the bottom part of the rear seat out and you should see a rubber peice, poke a hole in that and run your power wire up through that and zip tie the wire under the chassis, and put the plasic peice back on. doing this will prevent the carpet from catching on fire. then mount your amp to the back of the seat. also for your rca and remote wires, i would recommend running them through the center console, under the carpet and out behind the back. also connect your ground wire to the bolt holding up the backing of the rear seat. if u need some pics, pm me and i will get you some pics of my install. hope this helps.
