one is probably for the halo ring/s. and the other set of wires for the 3 or so led's that it probably also has. you can wire em into the +12v thats on when your parking lamps are on. just tie it into the one on the back of the turn signal harness. also some people suggested possibly adding a switch to the halos/leds cause they get dim after awhile if left on all the time. dont know if thats the case. just what ive heard.

yeah, i know for a fact that those are the halo's & the LED's on the lights.. i hooked all of them to a switch so that way i can flip em on & off whenever i so feel like it.. i also heard that they will burn out quick if hooked directly to the headlights so that was another reason i hooked em to a switch..

i have had mine for over a year and they are just as bright. i have them hooked up with the running lights.
i have the older version of the lights with only 1 halo ring and a small light on the inside instead of led's

Yep, thats how mine were to.

the set of wires underneath the "projector" or outside bulb are for the halo... the wires near the inboard side (closest to the grill) are the lights for the inner light or LED's..... Wire them into the running lights is easiest

I just got my halo-projectors today. JDM with DOT approved amber sides $78 for set.
I have taken out the old lights but found the projector needs some trimming on the cars plactic back to fit. (tomorrows work)
My four extra wires are for one set halo, one set for the little spot bulb, never was sure on what it does but will hook it to running lights.
As for the halos I want to leave then on at night so am looking for a night sensor that will let them come on automatically when dark.
They are low current draw so should not affect a good working battery.
My surprise was I thought the projectors were the high beams. Also had a set of amber 1157s but they are not the proper type for side turn/running so had to buy a new set.
Biggest issue after installing these is how to change bulbs with out having to remove whole unit.
