Amp beneath RSD
Hello,
I'm thinking about building a rear seat delete for a 98 coupe. I would like to make a bracket so that an amp can actually be attached to the bottom half of the RSD...and seen through an area of plexi glass. My question is... Will the cavity beneath the rear seat in a 98 provide enough air/air flow to keep the amp running smoothly? I've seen some pretty confining amp racks in show cars, but it never hurts to give equipment what they need/more than they need. The amp is a Kenwood KAC-8104D if it makes a difference Thanks!

you'd probably be ok. depending on how long you're running it and at what ohm load. as long as you aren't running at the edge of it's capabilities, you shouldn't really run into any problems.
i'd try to get some ventilation through there, just to be safe.
