HID Wiring Problem

The kit is somewhat "plug and play" but i don't know where some of the wires are suppose to connect to. Currently if i cut my headlights on, the low beam will not work, but the high beam will if i flip the switch to the high beam location. The low beam has 2 yellow wires hanging from it (see pics), and the high beam has connectors that go into the ballast. Also from the plug that connects to the old factory harness, there is a block and green. I no one is ground(black) and green is power, but were should i hook the power to? Ive been told the factory relay but exactly were might that be?
