Bi Xenon HID lights

Ok I just finished installing my Bi Xenon bulbs using americanmuscles kit the lights work fine but when I hit the high beams the lights shut off instead of turning the high beams on I can't see how I installed anything incorrectly everything plugs into each other, the two grounds and then the power to the battery any one know whats going on maybe its the bulbs>?

are you sure its a bi-xenon? look at the plug that goes into the drivers side headlight plug, if theres only 2 prongs instead of 3 (on the hid side, not vehicle side) then its only one beam

my old hid kit did that, high beams were just the regular beam and low beams were nothing, so i switched them around,
the new kit i got works fine though both beams, so check the plug first.

i bought the dual beam one from AM. works fine except the fact that i needed to unplug my daytime running lights because they kept shorting out my hid's and blowing the ballasts.

im thinking about buying a kit from stealth auto though because their ballasts are like half the size
