Wiring harness
The harness my car originally came with was trashed and my dad told me it was fine to throw away... wrong.
So I recently picked up the headlight and tail light sections of the harness from the junk yard. The rest of the harnesses there were wrecked as well so I cut what good parts I could find mainly for the bulb sockets. I've still got to find the harness for the computer and all that for a 2.3L 5-speed (the motor I have is a 1991 and the engine harness is on it still). My question: I'm planning on getting a generic Painless harness (or similar from someone else) and splicing in the few original pieces I need to make it work. Does this sound like a good idea?
