chips on ebay


so i was on ebay today looking at all the different things they had on there for my mustang and i noticed they were selling a chip that goes onto the IAT senor for a couple of bucks.. they say you get an increase in hp and gas.. do you guys think its safe? and that it actually works.. since its less then $10

junk. no it doesn't work and it's not a chip. it's a resistor.
it can actually harm your motor.
