Will these Kicker units work?

Hey guys- I'm new to this section (i usually stay in the 3V 2005+ area) and I need some help!

I was lucky enough to recieve a Kicker TS10L5 Subwoofer and Enclosure as well as a Kicker ZX200.2 Amp from the Mid-America Team Shelby Meet in Tulsa......but I have no idea what to do with it.

My car has the 1000w Premium Kicker system that came from Ford already...so I'm clueless as to how much these units will help, if at all. Can someone please share some knowlegde?

you can tie the sub/amp combo into your existing factory system. the brand of the factory system being the same as your aftermarket stuff doesn't matter. it'll have to be hooked up the same way as if you got pioneer, kenwood, or any other aftermarket stuff. but, adding an aftermarket sub to any factory system id going to give you a definite gain in low end freqs. just make sure you hook it up right. and whatever you do, don't try to hook the sub up to your factory amp/amps. i've seen that done on many occasions. and, it's just plain silly. get the right stuff and do it the right way, and you should be happy with the results.
