KEYLESS FOB NOT WORKING OR A NEW ONE NEEDS SETUP

For my 95 Mustang GT I just bought a new fob for the Ford keyless enrty. Now the fun began, how to set it with out paying Ford to do it.
Newer ford cars (OBDII types) use the ignition to go into program mode by turning the key on-off about 8 times, for older fords this does not work.
So after searching I found the program connector, it is in the trunk on the driver side. You have to pull out the whole liner on the inside of the quarter panel this is held by a couple of plactic nuts and a few pop-push plastic rivits.
So there it is a grey connector on the bracket that holds the computer.
turn the key to on (don't start). Short the two pins in the grey connector momentary and the door locks will cycle, push a button on the fob and they cycle again, if you have more then one fob repeat for the others before you turn of the ignition. When you turn off the ignition the door locks cycle on last time.
Your fob(s) should work now.
