Help with aftermarket deck wiring


Alright so i have a stock 2006 V6 mustang with the shaker 500. i plan on buying this deckAlpine IDA-X001 Digital media receiver at Crutchfield.com

The dude at ultimate electronics said he might need to rewiring something and it would cost $60 extra. i was wondering if you guys had any experience with this?

there is a direct interface harness for it just look around.

buy it from crutchfield.com and it will come with everything you need to install it. parts wise at least

yeah, you'll be looking at a wiring harness and some pliers or w/e to crimp.
probably a head unit spacer too. not too sure how much space that apline will be taking up.
