cam recomendations


no one seemed to want to answer this in any of the other sections so ill ask here lol

when lookin to get a cam/ have a cam made what kind of grind would help a car thats not! lookin to go drag racing. me and a buddy are in to road course and autocrossing and wanted to know what kind of lift, duration, and overlap would be benificial or mabey detremental to the over all goal to go fast slow down and go fast some more lol

1. he is planing to build a 351w for his 95

2. i happen to have a mod motor

any help yall could give would be appreciated
