Whiskey... FLSFC's can only help and cannot argue against the additional support they offer. Over time, driving your car hard will take its toll on just about everything, so extra support can only be beneficial

Jake... Good seats are not only nice.... but a requirement on an New Edge. I don't know how they are on the S197, but a good race seat will do wonders for support. I have, upon a couple occasions, forgotten my seat-belt on AX runs and had no issues whatever without it. Good seats are an absolute imperative when racing a car, so if your seats don't support you well, you need new ones.

Yup, that is why I want them on my car. It may not offer any extra performance increases (or noticeable ones) but it should help keep panels in alignment longer.

Seats in the S197 are ok, but they are no substitute for a real racing seat with harness. I've tossed and turned over this issue myself. As much as I like the idea of having a racing harness, I just can't get over the loss in comfort for daily driving if there even is one. It would also make two buttons absolutely useless (heated leather seats FTW in winter time! ) and would not be nearly as adjustable either. I'm thinking a roll bar with a 4 point harness is going to be sufficient and shouldn't require modification of the seats to do it. At least I hope it doesn't...

For a pre-S197... I would say FLSFC's

I would not recommend ANY upper control arm, for hard-cornering, AX, or open-track work I would use OEM or go after a proper solution for the quadra-bind 4-link, such as a PHB or WL with TA.

In regards to an LCA, get one that has at least one spherical end on it to improve rear-axle articulation.
